Google is an online virtual parliament. This parliament chooses its members based on the online communities votes. Am I confusing you???.

Ok, let me come to the point. These days people talk about the Google Page Rank. What is that? It’s actually how Google weights your site. Just like the parliament, the site which receives more links will be given highest Google Rank.

Also it checks the site which is giving the link, for example if you are receiving an incoming link from a famous web portal then your page rank points will be very high!
