Both Hosting Trade is a cheap option for a traffic that expect medium to high level of traffic. Nearly Free Speech is good for sites with low traffic such as personal web sites, since they charge by the bandwidth.
But what ever you do don’t accept those free, cheap or limited time offers for domain name registration. Go to a good reliable provider.
